Blue Circle Carbon Filter Pad

The Blue Circle Carbon Pad is a pad which absorbs residual medications, tannins released from driftwood and dissolved organics. It also supplements any other chemical or biological filter media by removing free-floating particles and colours by trapping them whilst polishing your water.

It is essential you replace the Carbon Pad after 4-6 weeks. The microscopic pores in the pad can fill up and release all the waste previously collected, back into your aquarium. Carbon Pad should be removed when medicating the aquarium as it will absorb the medication.
